YOU CAN BE IT...

I desired studying Architecture at the University, but was offered provisional admission into Industrial Design. This was more than a phobia for me, as I had challenges loving the discipline. Of course, I did all that was expected of me as a student to ensure I passed every of my test and exam until I was certified. 

Deep inside of me, there wasn't much drive for the discipline; unlike my other mates Ifedayo Ojo, Egbru Evidence who loved the discipline as they had had a fore knowledge of it. Alonge Akinola, Irabor Fabian, Raime Kameel and Akingbola Femi, Jesulowo Samuel amidst others who loved it when we started fully into our disciplines at the third year.   

They were self motivated, and had no need of being cajoled, even when we were at the stage of manual designs, they were good on digital designs. I had no much prospects for the discipline as a career back then. I could remember answering a friend reluctantly then; I might not practice this thing (Industrial design) reason been; I had some passion for Speaking and Administration. That  was the excuse. Much more I was a Spiritual fanatic and extremist such that I had nonchalant attitude towards design. Permit me to write; It is wrong for you as a genuine believer to think God wants you to excel and prosper only Spiritually. NO! He wants you to be the standard for those whom are yet to embrace the genuine Life and excel in your secular business.

THE TURNING POINT

I rejected art and design jobs while in School as I was full of fright in professionalism and delivery. Until my third year in school when Emmanuel was bent on me, doing an A3 size Convocation congratulatory birthday card for his sister. Not even my first and second decline pushed him away. Immediately I went on youtube and watched videos on how to go about it. 

And Wow! Even my mates got to know I did a card for someone. I remembered one asked me; Daniel how much did you bill him? I become dumbfounded, I had no knowlede of that...it was part of the professionalism in our design career.  

THE CLIMB

Now, here is the real deal. NO ONE WAS BORN A VETERAN IN HIS/HER SKILL/PROFESSION. We grow in it. Conquering fright will unleash you into it. If I were ever told I'll be privilege to practice my profession I'd say its likelihood is slim. 

Fast forward to my service year, I was privilege to serve with the graphics sub unit of an Institution. This was where the stimulation began! I loved what I see my bosses do, but I wasn't up to them. They said; all that is needed is INTEREST and a HEART to LEARN. As an artist do not tell you client "I can't do the job, for constant practice MAKES YOU IT(the best).  You might not look like your profession today, but trust me, you can be it! Learning on the Job will make you it.

The Inspirational Life

A lot out of many have been discouraged, a number of relationships have suffered backwardness and even arrived to a state of breakup as allies. Reason been, there was no inspiration for living. Quite a number gave up, some thought suicide would solve the problem and then, gave in to it.


But NO, the way out is drawing inspiration for living, knowing and believing that something must keep me going. In spite of all odds.

Inspirations (ability to know what one enjoys doing and keeping at it) has a lot more effect in helping us live and find reason for living. When there are no Inspirations, then life has got little or no essence to be lived.

Inspirations gives strength, paves way for more trial even when first attempt was a failure.

HOW DO I GET INSPIRED?

We draw inspirations in a lot of ways, first appreciating ourselves, believing and knowing that I am Unique in my own way. Am created to be myself and I WON'T look DOWN on MYSELF. I won't COMPARE myself with anyone else. Have got somethings others don't.

Being and having POSITIVE FRIENDS around. It becomes more interesting, and worth going for, when you're surrounded by positive friends. They will tell you weakness, and identify your strength for you. They will want and desire the very best for you. Good counsel and directions.

Inspirations comes from FAMILY TIES too, our families are our first source of inspirations. The state of the family, when positive gives inspirations to all its members. In a positive family, older ones serve as examples to the younger ones.

The Environment, is another Immediate source of inspiration. A world class environment, with good prospects as citizens, or dwellers in the environment; provides good Inspirations for everyone around it.

Such becomes a breeding place, for the making of more positive people. Even, the nature around us, are created by God to inspire us. To giving us an inner drive to keep work at it (enjoying what you do). Ideas and Inspirations comes from observing the natural blessings of God around us.

Ultimately OUR INSPIRATIONS should come from the inner feeling and knowing the creator of All things. He's got our being in Him. Everything about us is embedded in Him. He's the reason behind and For our Being!

He's got more than enough Inspirations to make us see and live a worth living Life.

Life; Understanding Its Value

Today, i'll drop some notes on how life should be valued...a pathway to right Living.

Sometimes, when i watch some documentaries, or pictures of the human race on African continent. It pierces my heart, that we are; still a long way to go. Some pictures i get to see, makes me ask myself some questions; like...

What becomes of these people (Now i mean the less privilege, the refugees and a lot more)?

What becomes of their destiny?

Were they created for that thick bizarre forest, live on poor meals and then die and rotten back to the earth?

Well NO, everyone has got something in him/her, given to us by God. No one was born to only occupy space, feed his/her belly all through the years on earth and return to His maker without being useful.

No life is a waste, if we as humans value animals; especially the pets. Then, the human life must be much more valued.
Our lives are much valued by our Creator. Making provisions for all that Man needed, to live happily and successfully.

I urge you today, to value Life; if you've got the opportunity to bless a life roaming the streets today please do. Heaven begins here on earth.

Do not snub, that little child or teen who comes your way, pulling your cloths for token of money just to have something to eat for the day.

We have been so blessed of God on the surface of the earth, that no one on the earth should live in bizarre. For every nation, that recognizes the supremacy of God; would attest to His faithfulness. In unlimited provisions of our needs.

We've got the wealth, we've got the resources, but we're not using it to bless lives.

Valuing Life, by been a blessing to the less privileged got nothing to do with beliefs or religion. It is but a responsibility to everyone who values life. All is needed is a lifestyle of committed and sincere affection for these ones.

The tides shall then turn around, when hope is given to the hopeless, When talents and gifts are invested upon, when destinies are launch.

My Quota, your quota, will go a long way, in bringing deaths back to life. Having a thirst of Heaven even while on earth.

We are blessed, so we can be a blessing, so we can affect Lives!
